Lead Engineer
As an Engineering Lead you will be the technical North Star for multiple projects building high-throughput, low-latency services that process millions of receipts and loyalty events daily. You’ll set engineering standards, steer architecture decisions and still ship production code every week. Reporting to the CTO, you’ll oversee 3-5 engineers as direct reports. This is a player-coach role—balancing technical leadership, people management, and individual contribution.
